How do I set up an automatic reply to my e-mails?

  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your fixed product.
  • Click on Settings.

  • At the bottom of the page, you will find the overview of all your mailboxes. Click on the Edit button next to the mailbox on which you want to set up an automatic reply.

  • Then click on the Edit button next to Auto Answer.

You can now set up an automatic response for a specific or indefinite period of time. Enter the message you want to send automatically in the Message box.

When you are finished, you can click on Update.
