It's important that you let us know about your move 5 weeks in advance so that we can plan an installation on the date that suits you best. If you let us know later, we'll do our utmost to ensure that your move is completed on time.

  1. Let us know in advance

    Inform us of your move at least five weeks in advance. This will enable us to plan the move at a time that suits you. If you let us know later, we’ll do our best to organize your transfer as quickly as possible.  

  2. Receive confirmation of your move

    Once you have submitted your move request, you will receive an e-mail confirming all the details. You will also find this information in the MyScarlet app.

  3. Choose your installation method

    Choose either installation by a technician or a do-it-yourself installation kit. Save time with our quick installation kit (30 min.), which you receive direct to your home and install easily with our instructions.

Yes, when you enter your move request, we check whether the installation address allows you to install your products yourself. If so, this installation method will be offered to you. If you choose this installation method, you will receive an SMS with a date from which you can install your products. In addition, our installation guides are available online to help you step by step.

Yes, as soon as your products are activated, we automatically change your billing address to match your new address. However, you can change it yourself from your MyScarlet account.

Make sure you take all the components of your current installation (modem, TV box and wireless solution if you have one) and their cables with you. If you have chosen to install your products yourself, you will need to reinstall the same devices in your new home.

However, if the installation is carried out by a technician, he or she will come to your home on the date you have selected to reinstall everything.
