When you move, don't forget to take Scarlet with you to your new home!
Attention: it is important that you inform Scarlet of your move 2 weeks in advance. Also know that moving your Scarlet product or subscription is completely free at Scarlet.
When you move, you must bring all Scarlet equipment (modem/decoder(s), their cables and any device allowing wireless connection). A technician will then come to reinstall the equipment at your new address.
