With the Scarlet Trio pack, you get unlimited landline-to-landline calls in Belgium during the evening (4 pm to 8 am) and weekends. You can add more options via MyScarlet. More info on Scarlet landline

Yes, you can! Add-on options let you call mobile numbers or international landlines for just €5/month each.

Both the modem and the TV decoder are provided and installed free of charge by a Scarlet technician. This way, you can enjoy your TV channels and internet from day one!

If your home is connected to fiber, you can upgrade to 300 Mbps via MyScarlet for just €10/month with our Fiber Boost option.

In general, only the installation fee mentioned applies for the technician’s visit. If you choose a Wi-Fi Booster, it will be rented separately.

Better not. Using a Bancontact terminal or a telephone exchange with Scarlet fixed line is not recommended, and we don’t provide technical support for it.
