Questions about your Scarlet Trio pack: Internet, TV and landline
Yes, you can! Add-on options let you call mobile numbers or international landlines for just €5/month each.
Both the modem and the TV decoder are provided and installed free of charge by a Scarlet technician. This way, you can enjoy your TV channels and internet from day one!
If your home is connected to fiber, you can upgrade to 300 Mbps via MyScarlet for just €10/month with our Fiber Boost option.
In general, only the installation fee mentioned applies for the technician’s visit. If you choose a Wi-Fi Booster, it will be rented separately.
Better not. Using a Bancontact terminal or a telephone exchange with Scarlet fixed line is not recommended, and we don’t provide technical support for it.
Conditions
Open-ended contract. To enjoy scarlet Trio, you must have access to the VDSL network. The availability of HD content depends on your installation and the HD coverage in your area.
Activation worth €29 and installation worth €50 free of charge. Promotion valid from 11/08/2025 to 16/11/2025 for new customers and existing mobile customers subscribing to a Scarlet Internet Loco plan. Scarlet reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion at any time.
At Scarlet, we remain true to our brand promise to offer you the best price for your subscriptions, with the quality of the Proximus network. To cover rising costs, we will adjust the price of the Scarlet Trio subscription by €3 starting from 01/01/2026, changing the price from €42 to €45 per month. Learn more about our new tariff conditions.
- Unlimited surfing. Scarlet's internet services are for private use only. The download speed is limited to 3 Mbps once you exceed a surfing volume of 3 TB per month. This speed is sufficient for surfing the Internet, for standard e-mail use and video streaming⦠When you reach 3 TB, you have the option to order extra surfing volume via the Comfort option for €5 per month. This allows you to consume up to an additional 1 TB without speed limitation.
- Unlimited calling. Excluding special numbers such as (0900, 070, games,...). 078 numbers are allowed. Scarlet reserves the right to suspend the service in case of suspected improper or professional use of the Scarlet Internet and Telephony service (such as using the device as a baby monitor or using it for call center activities).
