Access to the VDSL network is necessary to be able to subscribe to a Loco internet subscription. The announced download speeds depend on factors such as the distance between your home and the central, and the internal cabling.
These factors must be optimal in order to surf at maximum speed.
Scarlet's unlimited internet services are for personal use only.
The surfing speed is reduced to 3 Mbps when downloading more than 3 TB per month. This speed is sufficient for basic use: browsing the internet, using e-mail...
If you exceed this, you have the possibility to activate the 'Scarlet Comfort' option, which will allow you, for €5 per month, to maintain your surfing speed for an additional 1 TB.

That is, you are not bound by a minimum term. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
The minutes, text messages or GB included in the subscription or in the "extra mobile Internet" and "unlimited calls to Scarlet Mobile" options, as well as the out-of-bundle rates per minute, text message or GB, with the exception of special numbers (090X, 070, calling games,...) are valid in Belgium and in the Zone EU and Switzerland (roaming) to all fixed and mobile networks (078 numbers included).
Charging per second from the first minute. Use of data via 4G, 3G, EDGE or GPRS is charged per KB. All prices include VAT.
