Rates to Belgian fixed numbers

If you call in the evening between 16pm and 8am and on weekends, calls are free. If you call during the week between 8am and 16pm, you will be charged €0.39 per call, regardless of the duration of the call.

Rates to Belgian mobile numbers

If you call a mobile number from your landline, you will be charged €0.09 per call and €0.16 per minute

1. Unlimited surfing. Scarlet's internet services are for personal use only. Surfing speed is limited to 3 Mbps beyond a download volume of 3 TB per month. This speed is sufficient for conventional use: Internet browsing, e-mail use, video streaming... In case of exceedance, you will have the possibility to activate a "Scarlet Comfort" option that will allow you, for €5 per month, to keep your surfing speed for an additional 1 TB.

2. Unlimited calls. Except special numbers (0900, 070, games, ...). 078 numbers are eligible. Scarlet reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of suspected improper or professional use (e.g. use of the device as a baby phone or use of the service for call center activities).

3. Evenings and weekends. Off-peak hours: from 16pm to 8am and during weekends.
