Change your mailbox password

If you know your password, you can change it from Scarlet webmail.

  1. Log in to MyScarletOpens a new window
  2. Click on the Products tab.
  3. Click the Scarlet Mail button and you’ll be automatically redirected to your webmail
    On the right side of the screen, you can change your password.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter new password.
  6. Confirm the new password.
  7. Click on Change.

If you are still a Scarlet customer

If you are no longer a Scarlet customer

If you do not have a Scarlet customer number, please follow the procedure below: 

  1. Call 02/275.27.27.
  2. Press "2" when asked if you are calling for the current number or another number.
  3. Enter "0#" instead of the Scarlet customer number.
  4. Enter "0#" again when asked for your phone number or Scarlet customer number.  
  5. Then choose option "2" "You don't know your Scarlet number".
  6. Finally, choose option "1" (technical question) to request reactivation of your Mailbox.

When you have the agent on the phone, specify the Scarlet email address for which you want access.
