If you are no longer a Scarlet customer
If you do not have a Scarlet customer number, please follow the procedure below:
- Call 02/275.27.27.
- Press "2" when asked if you are calling for the current number or another number.
- Enter "0#" instead of the Scarlet customer number.
- Enter "0#" again when asked for your phone number or Scarlet customer number.
- Then choose option "2" "You don't know your Scarlet number".
- Finally, choose option "1" (technical question) to request reactivation of your Mailbox.
When you have the agent on the phone, specify the Scarlet email address for which you want access.
