How do I change my installation appointment with the technician?

You have scheduled an appointment for an installation, a repair or a move, but the date no longer suits you? In this case, you can change it from your customer zone up to one working day before.

Please note: if you are a new customer, you must first activate your account. You have received an e-mail to this effect.

  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Click on the Appointment tab.

You can choose a new date by clicking on the Schedule an appointment button. If you wish, you can also request a callback.

If you click on Schedule an appointment, the technician schedule will be displayed and you can change the date of the appointment. When you have made your choice, click on Next to save it.
