How do I change my subscription?

Want to switch from Red to Cherry, or from Loco to Trio? You can easily change your subscription at any time from your customer zone:

  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to the product you wish to change.
  • Click on Change subscription.

  • An overview of available subscriptions is listed. Choose the subscription that suits you best with the Order button.

When you order any other product than a scarlet Trio Mobile

  • Depending on the product you select, the options page will open and you can configure your new product.
  • Your shopping cart, displayed on the right, is updated with the selected products and options.
  • All you have to do is follow the steps. You will receive a confirmation of your order.

When you order a scarlet Trio Mobile

A new page opens in which you can configure your scarlet Trio Mobile by selecting:

  • The language of your basic TV bouquet
  • The mobile subscription (Cherry or Hot) you want to combine with the rest of your pack

You will then also need to specify whether you want a new number or if you would rather use a phone number that you already own.

All you have to do is follow the steps. You will receive a confirmation of your order.
