What is limited service and how do I restore full services?

If you have an outstanding balance after the payment due date for a bill, you will receive a text message* from us as a reminder. The following reminders are sent to you by mail at your expense.

If you still fail to make the payment despite our reminders, your subscription will be put in limited service status. This limited service means that:

  • You can't watch TV.
  • Your download speed is limited to 3 Mbps.
  • You can't make outgoing calls. The emergency numbers as well as our customer service number remain available.

To solve this problem, visit your mon.scarlet customer zone and check which bill you still have to payOpens a new window . You have more than one unpaid bill? We advise you to pay each bill separately with the corresponding structured reference. This way, the reactivation of your services can be done automatically and therefore more quickly.

Please note: it can take up to 5 days in total for your bank to make the payment and for it to be processed by our systems. Our employees cannot speed up this process. To avoid this limited service in the future, we advise you to activate direct debitOpens a new window .
