How do I send an identity document to Scarlet?

Do you want to send us an identity document? Do it directly from your customer zone!

• Log in to mon.scarlet.
• Click on the My Account tab and scroll down to the Upload Documents section.
  
• Select the type of document you want to send. You have the choice between:
  • Agreement by the administrator
  • Identity card of the administrator
  • Identity card
  • Passport
• Then load the document in question from the Document field. Finally, when everything is completed, click on Upload to send us your document. We will receive it directly after you send it.
  Please note: If it is the front of an ID card or passport, it is mandatory to fill in the document number in the ID number field.
