How do I cancel a subscription?
- Log in to mon.scarlet
- Click on the Home tab and scroll down to the product you wish to terminate.
- Click on the Check or report a problem button.
- Click on Submit a new question.
- From the drop-down menu, select Cancel My Subscription and enter your request indicating:
- The subscription you wish to cancel.
- The date you wish to cancel your subscription.
- A phone number where we can contact you in case more information is needed.
- Then press Add to send your request. You will receive a confirmation of your termination.
Please note: If you wish to cancel multiple subscriptions, please repeat the process for each product.
