How do I cancel a subscription?

  • Log in to mon.scarlet
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to the product you wish to terminate.
  • Click on the Check or report a problem button.

  • Click on Submit a new question.

  • From the drop-down menu, select Cancel My Subscription and enter your request indicating:
    • The subscription you wish to cancel.
    • The date you wish to cancel your subscription.
    • A phone number where we can contact you in case more information is needed.

  • Then press Add to send your request. You will receive a confirmation of your termination.

Please note: If you wish to cancel multiple subscriptions, please repeat the process for each product.
