I have a problem with my TV: step by step

Follow these steps:

  1. Does the DSL LED stay lit permanently on the modem?
  2. Do you use a wireless solution (Devolo, Wi-Fi Bridge, Ruckus) for TV?
    • Yes
      Unplug the wireless solutions from the modem and the decoder(s). Plug them back in.
      Still running into the issue? Go to Step 3.
    • No
      Go to Step 3.
  3. Is the cabling between your modem and your decoder and between your decoder and your TV properly plugged in?
    • Yes
      Go to step 4.
    • No

      Still running into the issue? Go to Step 4.
  4. Restore the factory settings of your decoderOpens a new window .

If you still run into the issue, check on mon.scarlet in the Bills and Payments tab if any of your bills are unpaidOpens a new window . Your services may be blocked because of an outstanding bill.
