I have a problem with my TV: step by step
Follow these steps:
- Does the DSL LED stay lit permanently on the modem?
- Yes
Go to step 2. - No
Check your cabling .

- Do you use a wireless solution (Devolo, Wi-Fi Bridge, Ruckus) for TV?
- Yes
Unplug the wireless solutions from the modem and the decoder(s). Plug them back in.
Still running into the issue? Go to Step 3. - No
Go to Step 3.

- Is the cabling between your modem and your decoder and between your decoder and your TV properly plugged in?
- Yes
Go to step 4. - No
Check the cabling between your modem and your decoder and between your decoder and your TV.
Still running into the issue? Go to Step 4.
- Yes
If you still run into the issue, check on mon.scarlet in the Bills and Payments tab if any of your bills are unpaid . Your services may be blocked because of an outstanding bill.
