What are peak and off-peak hours?

Off-peak hours are the hours between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. Monday through Friday, as well as during the weekend. During these hours, you can make free calls from your landline to any fixed number in Belgium (excluding special and premium rate numbers).

Peak hours are the hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. By default, calls during peak hours are charged, unless you have activated the Free calls during peak hours option. If you have not activated this option, you can do so from MyScarlet.
