How do I order an additional decoder?

To be able to watch your channels on your TV, you need a decoder. If you want to connect a second television, you will need an additional decoder. Maximum 2 TV decoders per subscription.

The price of the first decoder is included in your subscription, and an additional decoder costs €4 per month.

How do I order an additional decoder?
  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your fixed product.
  • In the Digital TV section, click on the Additional TV Decoder button.

  • Add the additional decoder and click Next.

  • Follow the steps to finalize your order.
  • All you have to do is set a date for the technician to come over. If you are unable to select a date at this time, click the Request a Callback button or visit the Appointment tab in your customer zone when you are ready to schedule a date.

Can I opt for a wireless solution?

A decoder needs to be connected to your modem. If you don't want a cable between your decoder and your modem, you can opt for one of our wireless solutions. These solutions are not free of charge but their installation is free of charge. Our technician will set up the necessary equipment if you choose one of these options.
