Will I be notified upon exceeding my mobile bundle?
You will receive a text message and/or e-mail from Scarlet to warn you that you are close to reaching the following usage levels on your mobile subscription:
Scarlet Mobile Red
- Your call credit is down to 60 minutes
- Your call credit is used up
- Your surf volume is down to 250 MB
- Your surf volume is used up
- You have exceeded your bundle by €30
- You have exceeded your bundle by €60
Scarlet Mobile Hot
- Your surf volume is down to 500 MB
- Your surf volume is used up
- You have exceeded your bundle by €30
- You have exceeded your bundle by €60
Scarlet Mobile Cherry
- Your call credit is down to 60 minutes
- Your call credit is used up
- Your surf volume is down to 500 MB
- Your surf volume is used up
- You have exceeded your bundle by €30
- You have exceeded your bundle by €60

Do you want to stop receiving warnings by e-mail and/or text message, or do you want to change the e-mail address and/or the destination number?
- Log in to MyScarlet.
- Click on the Home tab and scroll down to the mobile product for which you want to configure a warning.
- Click Settings.
- Click on the Edit button in the Usage warnings section.
- Here you can uncheck e-mail and/or text message warnings. You can also change the e-mail address and the destination number of the warnings.
Click Save to save your changes.
