How do I activate call forwarding?

With Call forwarding, it is possible to forward your fixed number to another fixed or mobile number, or even to your voicemail (if it has been activated via mon.scarlet). Call forwarding is active by default. Simply enter the appropriate codes on your handset.

Please note: For each call forwarded, you pay the rate for a call to a number of this type (e.g. fixed, mobile or international number). You can only activate codes from your own phone line.

  • Forward all incoming calls:
Activate: Type *21*phone number# on your handset.
Deactivate: Type #21# on your handset.
  • Forward in case of busy/maintenance:
Activate: Type *67*phone number# on your handset.
Deactivate: Type #67# on your handset.
  • Forward in case of no reply/extended ringing time:
Activate: Type *61*phone number# on your handset.
Deactivate: Type #61# on your handset.
  • Forward in case of unavailability:
Activate: Type *62*phone number# on your handset.
Deactivate: Type #62# on your handset.

Always replace the phone number with the number you wish to forward to, e.g. *21*012345678#
To forward to your voicemail, enter the 1991 phone number, e.g. *21*1991#

Forward in case of unavailability is a preventive measure that you can configure in case of an outage, or if you have problems configuring your Scarlet Box afterwards. You can activate this forward only when there is no outage.
