How to become customer with Easy Switch?

Easy Switch allows the automatic transfer of fixed services (Internet, Telephony and TV) from one operator to another. This transfer is based on a unique Easy Switch reference provided by your operator, which is usually found on the first page of your bill or in your customer zone (web or app).
Please note: the use of Easy Switch must be requested at the time of registration. It is not possible to start the Easy Switch procedure if your application is already registered.

How do I submit my Easy Switch request?

When you finalize your Scarlet subscription request, we ask you if you want to use Easy Switch to switch operators.

Easy_Switch_FR

If you choose Easy Switch, you must fill in:

  • The name of the operator you are currently with
  • Your customer number with this operator
  • Your Easy Switch reference
  • Your fixed & mobile numbers that you may wish to cancel

You can also tell us the time between the installation of your Scarlet product and the termination of your product with your former operator. Then click Save & Next.

We apologize for any inconvenience. You are automatically entitled to a refund of:

  • €30 if our technician has not arrived within the agreed time.
  • €10 /day if you have been unable to access the Internet, television or telephone for more than one working day due to the Easy Switch transfer.

You are also entitled, at your express request, to compensation of €6 /day for late activation of Scarlet services. Please contact us for this.

These rights come into effect from October 2023.

When it comes to modems and decoders: just return them to your previous operator.
Easy Switch does not exempt you from paying amounts owed to your previous operator, such as outstanding (and justified) bills and any penalty if you cancel your contract prematurely, including the residual value of a device you may have obtained as part of a joint offer.
