After my registration, I received a letter stating that my data is incomplete. What should I do?

Please note: If you have received such a letter, the appointment date with our technician chosen during registration is no longer valid.
After checking, it seems that some of the data received during registration are not correct.

You have to order again with your official data as mentioned on your identity card:

  • Your name
  • Your first name
  • Your official address
  • Your date of birth

If you have already re-registered and received this letter again, we ask you to send a copy of the front of your ID card via our contact formOpens a new window indicating your customer number, the desired product and your phone number.

The valid documents are the following:

  • The Belgian (electronic) identity card
  • The electronic E-card (declaration of registration)
  • The electronic F card (residence card for a family member of a European Union national)
  • The Belgian residence permit
  • The Belgian passport
