Questions about your Scarlet usage

You can track your consumption for the current month via:

  • The MyScarlet app
  • The MyScarlet webversion

Track your consumption via the MyScarlet app

  1. Open the app and tap on Products.
  2. Scroll to the product you want to see more details about and tap on it.
  3. Depending on the product, you'll see your call minutes, text messages, fixed Internet usage, mobile Internet data or TV purchases for the current month. You'll also see how many days are remaining that month: (number) of days remaining.
  4. You will see how much you have used of your bundle for the current month. If you have a bundle with unlimited calls, texts and data, your usage will not be shown.

Track your consumption via the web version of MyScarlet

  1. Log in to MyScarlet.
  2. You'll arrive on the Products page. Click on the product of your choice to the call minutes, texts, fixed Internet, mobile Internet or TV purchases.
  3. You will see how much you have used of your bundle for the current month.
  4. If you have a fixed internet connection, click on More details about my usage to compare the last 3 months and view the connection details.

If you exceed your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be displayed in red.

Via the MyScarlet app

  1. Open the MyScarlet app and tap on Bills.
  2. Scroll to the month you want to see. Tap first, if needed, on Already paid.
  3. Tap on See details.
  4. Tap on Usage.
  5. Tap then on See details again.
  6. You will see the usage details for your call, text, TV and data traffic for that month. You can filter these data by outgoing number, type and date. You can also check which call or service outside your bundle was chargeable (≠ €0).

Via the MyScarlet webversion

  1. Log in to MyScarlet.
  2. You'll arrive on the Bills page.
  3. Click on See details.
  4. Tap on Usage.
  5. Tap then on See details again.
  6. You will see the usage details for your call, text, TV and data traffic for that month. You can filter these data by outgoing number, type and date. You can also check which call or service outside your bundle was chargeable (≠ €0). You can also print out, per month, these details or download them and export them to Excel.

Via the MyScarlet app

  1. Open the MyScarlet app.
  2. Tap on Bills and select, possibly via Already Paid, the month you are looking for.
  3. Tap on Download PDF and go to the last page of the bill.
    • If you used a pay-for call or pay-for text message, the time and the number you used to make a pay-for call or to send or receive a pay-for text-message are stated.
    • If you used a mobile payment, the service, the amount, the provider and the time are stated.

Via the MyScarlet webversion

  1. Log in to MyScarlet.
  2. Check the bill for the month you are looking for, click on the three dots and on Download PDF.
  3. Go to the last page of the bill.
    • If you used a pay-for call or pay-for text message, the time and the number you used to make a pay-for call or to send or receive a pay-for text-message are stated.
    • If you used a mobile payment, the service, the amount, the provider and the time are stated. It also states subscriptions to apps, text messages or services.
