Can I call from abroad (roaming)?

Roaming is enabled by default.

A number of other countries, such as the United States, use a different frequency for calling than in Belgium. You can only make mobile calls if your device is suitable for this frequency (triband). Don't forget the country prefix when calling from abroad (for Belgium, it's +32).

If you have problems abroad with incoming or outgoing calls, it is recommended to switch off the mobile and then switch it on again. If you still have problems afterwards, it is better to select a network (provider) manually. Consult your manual, the vendor or the manufacturer of your mobile device to see how to manually choose a network (provider). Test the different networks (providers) by selecting them manually.
