How much does a Scarlet TV subscription cost?
Which TV channels are included with Scarlet?
The basic Scarlet TV offer includes more than 30 popular TV channels.
These include: La Une, RTL-TVI, TF1, France 2, France 3, Arte, ... You also get sports channels such as W-Sport and Eurosport 1 HD, kids’ channels such as Disney Channel HD and Nickelodeon HD, and news channels such as LN24 HD and BX1. Scarlet focuses on the channels people actually watch. That keeps things simple and keeps the price down.
Can I watch Arte with Scarlet?
Yes, Arte is included in the basic Scarlet digital TV offer. The channel is available in HD in Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders. You do not need to install or download anything. Just go to the right channel on your Scarlet decoder.
Can I watch Netflix with Scarlet?
No, not through the Scarlet decoder. But there are several simple ways to watch Netflix on the big screen. First, you need to take out your subscription directly with Netflix. After that, you have a few easy options. If you have a Smart TV, the Netflix app is probably already installed, so you just need to sign in. No Smart TV? No problem. You can connect your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable, or use a device such as Chromecast to stream Netflix directly to your television.
How do I restart a Scarlet decoder or Scarlet TV Box?
If your Scarlet TV Box is not working properly, restarting it often solves the problem:
- Switch off the TV Box using the rear switch and set it to O
- Wait 10 seconds
- Switch it back on by setting it to I
If the problem continues, you can perform a full reset:
- Switch off the TV Box using the rear switch and set it to O
- Press and hold the Reset button using a pointed object
- Switch the TV Box back on by setting it to I
- Keep holding Reset for another 15 seconds, until the update screen appears

What is the difference between Proximus and Scarlet?
