What is the difference between Scarlet and Proximus ?
Although Scarlet is part of the Proximus Group, the two brands cater to different types of customers. The main difference lies in their pricing and the range of services they offer. Scarlet positions itself as a budget-friendly alternative, offering the essentials at the best price. For example, while Proximus offers a basic TV package with more than 80 channels, Scarlet focuses on a core selection of 30 to 35 of the most popular channels.
In short, Proximus focuses on innovation and a comprehensive range of services, while Scarlet keeps things simple and affordable for its Trio customers.
