Decoders or TV Box

How many decoders can I get with my TV subscription ?  
At Scarlet, you need a decoder to watch your favorite channels. This is included in the price of your subscription. If you wish to connect a second TV, you can order an additional decoder for €4 per month. 
 
With your Scarlet subscription, you can use a maximum of 2 decoders. 
  
Decoder or TV Box ?  
These are the 3 models offered by Scarlet. The V4 decoders are currently the subject of an exchange campaign with the TV Box (newer and more compact).

Do you have more than 2 decoders in your home and don't know which model to disconnect?  
As the TV Box is the most recent model, we recommend that you always unplug the older models (V4 first, then V5). 
  
What to do if you have too many V4 or V5 decoders?  
Don't use them anymore? Drop them off at your local container park so they can be recycled. 
  
What to do if you have an extra TV Box?  
Call Scarlet on 02 275 27 27 and ask the operator to explain how to return them to us.
