Become a Scarlet customer and change operator

With Easy switch

If you choose the EasySwitch procedure, Scarlet takes care of the cancellation of your Internet and TV products with your previous operator, after installing your Scarlet products. You will not have to take these steps yourself and will be able to enjoy your Scarlet products with peace of mind.

By sending a termination letter

If you choose this procedure, you must cancel your contract with your current operator in writing. To help you in your efforts, we provide all the necessary information.

  1. Download the letter template(application/msword, 39 KB)
    Complete the requested fields and print the letter. Then all you have to do is sign.
  2. Mail the letter to your current operator. You will find below the addresses of the main operators:

If the name and address of your current carrier does not appear in this list, please review one of your current carrier's latest statements or bills.

Important to know!

You must terminate your contract with your current operator. No one else can do it for you.
Wait for your Scarlet subscription to fully install before requesting cancellation of your current subscription.
You have the right to terminate your subscription at any time, without notice.
Careful! If you have concluded a fixed-term contract and terminate it within the first 6 months, your operator may claim a penalty (equivalent to the subscription fees you would still have had to pay until the 6th month). If you cancel later, no penalty can be charged.
If you purchased a device as a joint offer (e.g. smartphone, tablet, TV,...) the operator may, for the remaining term of the contract, claim compensation for the residual value of the device.
Consult your invoice to find out the remaining term of your contract as well as the amortization schedule attached to your contract to find out the residual value of your device.
