How to use Easy Switch with Scarlet

- Find your Easy Switch ID
You’ll find it on the first page of your current provider’s invoice or in their customer portal. It’s linked to your installation address.
- Choose your Scarlet subscription
Already know what you want? Place your order online or call us at 0800 84 000. Still deciding? No stress, take your time exploring our offers:
When ordering, simply choose the Easy Switch option and provide your client number and Easy Switch ID.
- We take care of the rest
Once your Scarlet service is installed, we’ll cancel your old subscription for you. No calls, no letters. Just a smooth switch and you stay connected throughout.

Before you cancel
