Order additional volume for Poco

Scarlet Internet Poco customers have a monthly download volume of 50GB. We reserve the right to limit the download speed once the volume of 50GB per month is exceeded.
If you don't want to be constrained by this 50GB limit, you can order an additional 50GB for €3 per month.

  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your fixed product.
  • In the Internet section, click on the Internet options button.

  • A new page with our Internet options will open. Click on Extra surfing volume and select the option that suits you best:
    • Extra Vol. Internet Fixe: a recurring option that renews automatically every month.
    • Extra Vol. Internet Fixe unique: an option that is activated only for the current billing period (max. 1 month).
  • You can order 1 option of each type. You can also combine one with the other. volume_poco2
  • Then confirm your order and configure a direct debit if you wish. The option is activated within 2 hours after the order.

Please note: Scarlet Internet Poco customers cannot activate the 1000GB option.
