How to activate the parental control?
Parental control is activated by default. In other words, you must enter your parental control PIN to watch secure programs. This PIN code is 1234 by default, but we advise you to change it.
You can disable or configure the parental control as follows:
- Press the Menu key and select my account > parental control.
- Enter your parental control PIN and press OK. This PIN code is 1234 by default.
- Select disable or change settings depending on the operation you wish to perform.
- You can set the parental control in different ways:
- TV programs: block or not TV programs based on age (-10, -12, -14, -16, -18 or for all). By default, TV programs not suitable for under 18s are protected.
- Videos on demand: block or not the videos to rent based on age (-10, -12, -14, -16, -18 or for all). By default, on-demand videos not suitable for under 16s are protected.
- Programs without age rating: Hide or not hide programs without age rating. By default, programs without age ratings are displayed.
- Blocked programs details: Hide or not the details (titles, summaries, etc.) of blocked programs. By default, the details of blocked programs are hidden.
- Select validate. The changes are immediate.
