When will the technician come by for the repair?
When ordering a product, a repair or a moving request, you can choose a date for an appointment with a technician.
You can choose :
- An appointment during the day: the technician comes to your home somewhere between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm.
- An appointment in the morning: the technician comes to your home somewhere between 8:00 am and 12:30 pm.
- An appointment in the afternoon: the technician will come to your home somewhere between 12:30 am and 6:30 pm.
Please note: the time slot you have selected indicates the time at which the technician can arrive at your home, not the time at which the intervention will be completed. If the technician hasn't arrived at 6:15 pm for an appointment between 12:30 am and 6:30 pm, you do not need to worry.
