How do I change my repair appointment with the technician?

You have scheduled an appointment for an installation, a repair or a move, but the date no longer suits you? In this case, you can change it in your customer area up to one working day before the date.

You can choose a new date by clicking on the Schedule an appointment button. If you wish, you can also request a callback.

If you click on Schedule an appointment, the technician schedule will be displayed and you can change the date of the appointment. . When you have made your choice, click on Next to save it.
