When will the Scarlet technician come by for my installation?

When ordering a product, repair or moving request, you can choose a date to meet with a Scarlet technician.

You can choose :

  • An appointment during the day: the technician comes to your home between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm.
  • An appointment in the morning: the technician comes to your home between 8:00 am am and 12:30 am.
  • An appointment in the afternoon: the technician comes to your home between 12:30 am and 6:30 pm.

Please note: the time slot you have selected indicates the time at which the technician can arrive at your home, not the time at which the intervention will be completed. If the technician is not on site by 6:15 p.m. for an appointment between 12:30 and 6:30 p.m., you do not need to worry.
