What is the social rate?
The social rate is a preferential rate which entitles you to a monthly discount on your Internet subscription fees and on your fixed telephone communication charges.
Since March 1st, 2024, the social rate is no longer offered by Scarlet. However, if you are already a beneficiary, you can still benefit from the €8.40 discount on the price of your subscription.
However, if you are not yet a beneficiary of the social rate and wish to benefit from it, we invite you to visit the Proximus website and check if you are eligible for one of the Internet social offers.
These offers specifically target a range of people with disabilities, elderly individuals, or those with reduced incomes and are not offered by Scarlet.
