What do I need for a fixed connection?
You don't need anything special to register a Scarlet subscription.
Here are some general remarks:
- If you do not have an existing telephone connection, additional work must be done to establish your connection.
- Some products can only be activated if the new VDSL2+ technology is already available at your address. If you register on our site, the availability of this technology will be checked and only the available products will be offered.
- If you live in an apartment building, the landlord is responsible for the installation of the vertical wiring in the building.
