Where can I find the communications sent by Scarlet?
The most important communications you have received from Scarlet are saved in your mon.scarlet customer zone. To consult them, follow these steps:
- Log in to mon.scarlet.
- Click on the My Account tab.
- Scroll down to View Documents.
- Here you will find communications such as your order confirmations, your SEPA mandate or your payment reminders. You can refine your search by selecting dates.
- To save these communications on your device, click on the Download icon.
