What is the payment due date?
We expect payment of the billed amount before the payment due date indicated on your bill:
Please note: If your payment has not been made by the due date mentioned on the bill, you will always receive a reminder. The first reminder does not incur charges. The following reminders may incur a reminder fee.
If you pay by direct debit, your account will be debited 10 days after your bill is issued.
