How do I order additional surf volume?
- Log in to mon.scarlet.
- Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your mobile product.
- Click on Mobile Options.
- A new page opens with the different mobile options. Select the options you want, and click Next.
- Follow the steps to finalize your order. The option is activated within 2 hours of your order.
Please note: Each option can only be activated once. If, for example, you already have the additional 5 GB option, you cannot activate it again. You can order the 10 GB option.
