I have a question about the My Scarlet app
The My Scarlet app allows you to keep an eye on your usage at all times and everywhere you go. You can also find the amount of your last 3 bills.
How to download the app?
Download and install the My Scarlet app via the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
How to log in to the app?
After opening the My Scarlet app, log in with the e-mail address and password of your mon.scarlet customer zone.
Please note: you must have activated your mon.scarlet account beforehand. How do I log in to mon.scarlet?
How do I use the app?
The My Scarlet app consists of the following 3 tabs:
- Overview : In this tab you will find the usage details of the selected product for the current billing period. By clicking on the type of usage, you can also see the day on which your usage will be reset to zero. To change product and go to another product view, click on the upside down triangle.
- Bills: The bills tab shows you the amount of your last 3 bills.
- Subscriptions : This tab provides an overview of your usage for all products and for the current billing period.
