Where can I find my bills?

You can retrieve up to your last 12 bills by following the steps below:

  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Click on the Bills and payments tab.

The Bill button allows you to download your bill in PDF format.
Please note: after 12 months, bills and credit notes are no longer available. If you want to keep track of your bills older than 12 months, don't forget to download them using the Bill button. By default, you receive your bills by e-mail, so you can also find them on your e-mail address.

The Detailed usage button allows you to see in detail your usage such as calls, text messages, MMS, data and others for your last 2 bills.
