Questions about your Scarlet payment statements

You can view your statements from the last 24 months through:

  • The MyScarlet app
  • The web version of MyScarlet

Viewing my payment statements via the MyScarlet app

  1. Open the MyScarlet app.
  2. Tap on the Invoices tab.
  3. You can immediately see if there is anything left to pay.
  4. Tap on Show paid invoices and select the amount for the month you wish to view.
  5. You can directly view the details of this statement through the interactive view.
  6. If you want the classic view, tap on Download. You can then save this PDF on your smartphone.

Viewing my payment statements via the web version of MyScarlet

  1. Log in to your MyScarlet account.
  2. You will directly arrive at the Invoices tab.
  3. Click on Show paid invoices and select the amount for the month you wish to view.
  4. You can directly view the details of this statement through the interactive view.
  5. If you want the classic view, tap on Download to view the statement in PDF.

To receive a duplicate of your payment statements that are older than 24 months, you must contact our customer service. The duplicates will be delivered to you by postal mail.
