Where can I find my Easy Switch number?

The Easy Switch number is the number you need to easily switch operators. By entering this number when you order, you will not have to cancel your subscription with your previous operator.

At Scarlet, you can find this number in 3 different places:

  • On your bill
  • On the welcome letter you received when you registered
  • On mon.scarlet in the overview of your fixed product

EasySwitch

Of course it's possible. You can request a subscription with another provider without using Easy Switch. In this case, don't forget to cancel your services yourself.

If you are already using Easy Switch, you do not need to cancel your services yourself. Therefore, we advise you not to do so. Should your termination request be processed before your new operator's Easy Switch request, you may have problems transferring certain services such as phone numbers.

Your subscription ends the day after the installation by your new operator. If you want to wait longer, you need to inform your new operator in advance. In most cases, you must already indicate this at the time of registration. If you have failed to do so, and your subscription has been canceled, we cannot reactivate it.
