How do I return my equipment?
Returning your equipment free of charge is very easy. Just fill in our return form with the following data:
- Your customer number
- Your surname & first name
- The e-mail address to which you wish to receive your Bpost barcode
A few days after submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail containing the personalized barcode and instructions.
