Is the Extra Mobile Internet option retroactive?
No, this option is not retroactive.
When you have used up the amount of data included in your bundle, you will receive a text message from us. If you do not activate the Extra Mobile Internet option immediately, you will be billed at out-of-bundle rates .
Example:
- On the 22nd, you exceed the volume of data included in your bundle and you receive a text message.
- You only decide to activate the Extra Mobile Internet option via mon.scarlet on the 27th.
- If you use data between the 22nd and 27th day, you will be billed at the out-of-bundle rate . Your bill will show this data as paid usage. The Extra Mobile Internet option does not apply to the previous usage.
