Where can I find my customer number?

Your customer number is indicated on the first page of your bill.

Your customer number is also included in every e-mail you receive from Scarlet.

Please note: your customer number has changed as of 23/11/2020. It is now made up of numbers only. If your customer number started with the letter S, replace it with the number 1 to get your new customer number.
Example: if your customer number was S1234567, your new number is 11234567.
