How to recognize a credit note?
You can easily recognize a credit note by its title: Credit Notification.
In the Bills and payments tab of your MyScarlet customer zone, you can find your last 12 bills and credit notes. To tell bills and credit notes apart, you only need to look at the first 3 characters of the document number:
- If there is an R or I in the document reference, it is a bill.
- If the reference contains a D or a C, then it is a credit note.
