I cancelled my subscription, can I keep my e-mail address?
You can continue to use your e-mail address free of charge for up to 18 months after termination. The existing username (login) and password remain valid.
Would you like to continue to benefit from this facility beyond those 18 months? No worries, for the moment no action is required and it remains free of charge. In the future, we reserve the right, in accordance with applicable law, to:
- ask you if you wish to continue using this facility and
- charge a fee for this extension.
In this case, we will contact you on your Scarlet e-mail address at least 3 months in advance and explain the conditions of the extension.
