How do I change the way I receive my bill?

  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Click on the My Account tab.
  • Click on Edit next to Bill delivery.
  • From the drop-down list, choose the delivery method that suits you best. When you've made your choice, click on Save.

Please note: we ask you to think carefully when switching to paper bills, as sending bills by post is less environmentally friendly and less economical. Only ask for paper bills if you absolutely need them (for accounting purposes, for example).
