Choose a Scarlet mobile subscription
Order the mobile subscription of your choice online and select the eSIM option. All our mobile subscriptions are compatible with eSIM, including the mobile subscriptions included in Duo packs or Trio Mobile packs.
Install the eSIM on your smartphone
After your order, you’ll receive an e-mail within two hours with the activation instructions. Follow the steps to install your eSIM. Simple, quick, and no tiny card to look for.

Yes. During your order, you can choose between a physical SIM card and an eSIM. If you choose eSIM, you will receive the activation details by e-mail once your subscription has been activated.
I’m already a Scarlet customer. Can I switch from SIM to eSIM?
Not yet. Switching from a physical SIM card to eSIM for existing Scarlet mobile customers is coming soon. We’ll share the details as soon as the service is available.
How do I activate my Scarlet eSIM?
For a new subscription, connect to a Wi-Fi network, open the camera on your device and scan the QR code you received by email to install your eSIM.

Can I switch back to a physical SIM card?
Yes. If you want to switch back from eSIM to a physical SIM card, you can request a swap via the Scarlet Call Center. eSIM is an option, not an obligation. At Scarlet, we like to leave you the choice.
