I already have a Scarlet internet connection at home

In these difficult times, it's important to stay connected. That is why Scarlet gives its customers unlimited internet without speed limits for our fixed internet services until 31/03/2021.

For this, all our communication channels remain at your disposal. You can place an order directly on our website, by telephone or in one of our dealer stores. The list of our dealers can be found here.
If you use this option, we advise you to contact the store in advance so that you know which safety instructions apply there.

An installer has to come to my home to perform an installation or to replace my equipment.

The Scarlet intervention remains planned. Please read the measures described below carefully to ensure the safety of everyone:

  • Our installers are equipped with a mask and hydroalcoholic gel
  • We ask you to ventilate the room where the installation takes place at least 30 minutes before the technician's visit. The technician will contact you by phone 30 minutes before his arrival
  • We also ask you to limit the number of attendees to 1 or 2, depending on the size of the room (a distance of 1m50 must be respected between the installer and yourself)
  • We also ask you to wear a mask throughout the intervention
  • In case of equipment replacement: clean your decoder and/or modem carefully before handing it over to the technician.

If you wish to cancel or postpone a scheduled installation, please notify Customer Service at least three days before the installation date using the Help and Contact Us section.
