Set up Wi-Fi on my PC with Windows 10

  • You will find the Wi-Fi icon win10-1 in the bottom right corner of the Windows taskbar. Doubleclick on it.
  • Select your Wi-Fi network from the list.
    Your Wi-Fi network corresponds to the SSID you entered in your modem, e.g. Scarlet, Wi-Fi-2.449BF, b-box 2-c906, sagem-8728, etc. If you have never changed the SSID, you can find it on the sticker underneath your modem.

  • Check Connect automatically and click on Connect.

  • If your modem is secured, Windows 10 will open a window prompting you to enter the Network Security Key. Enter here the password that you have configured in your modem. For some modems, the password is mentioned on the sticker underneath the modem (Passphrase or Wireless Key). Then click on Next.

  • Select Yes.

  • You are now connected to your Wi-Fi network.
