My channels are in the wrong language. What can be done?

To change the language of your channels (from Dutch to French and the other way around), you must change the language of your basic TV package. You can do this directly from your customer zone:

  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your fixed product.
  • In the Digital TVsection, click on the TV Options button.
  • Open the Basic Package menu, and select the basic TV package in the desired language.
  • Click Next.

All you have to do is follow the steps. You will receive a confirmation of your order.
