How to perform a factory reset on my V4 decoder?

To reset your decoder, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the decoder for about 15 seconds or turn the switch to position 0.
Plug the power cable back in or turn the switch to the '1' position.
Press the Back, OK and Menu buttons simultaneously until FACr appears on the decoder screen.
Wait until for the decoder to reboot.
